The Toledo, Ohio / Nashville, Tennessee based post-hardcore act Goodbye Blue Skies  is one of today’s rising bands in the underground music scene. The band's unique and catchy blending of genres fuels the energy onstage and in the crowd during shows.

With driven guitar riffs, heavy breakdowns and striking vocals, Goodbye Blue Skies  is clearly your new favorite band. In 2008 the band set out to record their first EP, and went on to play shows around their regional area with bands Attack, Attack!, The Devil Wears Prada, Parkway Drive and more. 2010 saw Goodbye Blue Skies  back in the studio, this time with producer Josh Schroeder (The Color Morale, In Hearts Wake, The Plot In You) to record a new five song EP entitled “Visions”. This quickly set Goodbye Blue Skies to be a buzz worthy band, being featured in an unsigned spotlight section of AMP Magazine, playing sold out shows with Sleeping With Sires and Of Mice & Men as well as going on a few mini tours with For Letter Lie. Over the next couple of years, GBS has expanded their list of national acts and continued to win crowds over. From finalizing in the top ten of the Hot Topic's “Get In Our Pants” battle of the band to playing the Ernie Ball Stage at The Vans Warped Tour, Goodbye Blue Skies has always stayed busy in between album releases. The band gears up for what could be their biggest year to date in 2016. February 19th 2016 marks the release date for GBS's debut full length album entitled “Motives” and produced by Before Their Eyes' guitarist Jordan DiSorbo. GBS has a lot more in the works than mini tours. In an era where bands come and go in a matter of seconds, GBS has taken time to craft and mold their individual sound. The band's confidence and maturity shows onstage and in their recording, and they are ready for you to listen.
